Hi...

I'm Grant, a PhD student at the Centre for Mental Health at the University of Melbourne. I have a bachelor's and master's degree in psychology, as well as a bachelor’s degree in economics.

Before diving into my PhD, I spent some time working as a risk management and business consultant across various industries, including banking, mining, government, and not-for-profit sectors.

I’ve always been passionate about communications psychology, men’s mental health, and understanding human behaviour on a societal level.

As a researcher in mental health and communications, my goal is to produce research that helps improve how men seek help, especially when it comes to mental health challenges.
